When we dropped by Norwest Appliance Services for a bit of an undercover consultation, we got the chance to chat with Mike, the guy behind the whole operation. Turns out, he’s been fixing appliances for over 14 years! 

He’s super experienced with both domestic and commercial repairs, and his ability to work with different brands and models really impressed us.

The team there has a strong focus on washing machines, but they can handle just about any major appliance you throw at them. 

We also talked to a few of their clients, and almost everyone mentioned how friendly and efficient the technicians are.

One thing that really stands out is their repair guarantees. They’ve got warranties on both the work they do and the parts they use. This means you’re covered if anything goes wrong later on.

That being said, we did hear a couple of clients mention that scheduling appointments can be a bit of a hassle. So, if you’re in a rush to get your washing machine fixed, they might not be the fastest option.
