Plus, wool is natural and biodegradable, so it’s better for indoor air quality and comfort.

When we visited, they offered us a consultation, and it really made the whole process of picking a carpet so much easier. They gave us expert advice on what works best in different areas of the house, which was super helpful.

We also chatted with a former customer who’s all about branded carpets. She was happy to see that Carpet Country stocks options like Godfrey Hirst and Victoria Carpets. There’s a lot to choose from when it comes to styles, colors, and materials.

The only downside we noticed is that their prices can be a bit on the higher side compared to other stores. But if you’re after quality and sustainability, it might be worth the extra cost.

Pros

  • High-quality New Zealand wool
  • Biodegradable carpets
  • Personalized consultations
  • Wide range of brands

Cons

  • Higher pricing

Thank you so much for organizing our flooring and carpet!

Totally surpassed our expectations

“Amazing service from Jay at Carpet Court Newmarket. I put through an online enquiry, he phoned me having already checked the carpet I was after as it was discontinued, and found the last roll in NZ. He then came and measured for the job right away, and had a quote back later that day, we had the carpet in within the week. Totally surpassed our expectations. Answered all my pesky questions and never faltered, and followed up after the install to check everything was okay. Highly recommend!!”

Carpetlink Auckland is definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re after some great deals that can beat the prices of other stores. So, naturally, we had to swing by and see for ourselves.

When we were in their store, we loved that it’s set up for a hands-on shopping experience. You can really get a feel for the products which is a big advantage over shopping online or at places that don’t offer that kind of personal touch.

That said, the customer service could use a little work. When we wanted to ask about a carpet displayed, the staff wasn’t exactly jumping to help. Turns out a few other customers felt the same way.

On the bright side, they’ve got a huge range of carpets to suit any budget or style. They even have a good selection of hard flooring options.

And if you’re worried about quality, they’ve got solid warranties backing up their products. You can shop with confidence knowing you’re getting something that’s built to last.

Pros

  • Great deals
  • Hands-on shopping experience
  • Wide selection
  • Solid warranties

Cons

  • Unhelpful staff
