Other touches, such as their modern environment and professional yet personal staff, were also noteworthy. And with convenient payment options like Afterpay, Q-Caard, and Farmers Finance Cards, procedures here are pretty accessible.

There were only delays in communication and follow-ups, which we wish to see improvements in. We recommended reaching them via phone for faster transactions or confirming bookings.

Open 7 days a week, Pathway Dental’s availability was a major factor for us. They offer a full range of services, covering not only cosmetic procedures but also other services aimed towards long-term oral goals.

Major specialties include veneers, braces, and bonding for gap correction. For these options, they use tech such as advanced X-ray equipment to detect hidden issues. 

During our visit, we observed staff checking in regularly. Most clients found this reassuring, as it makes them comfortable and keeps them fully informed for the entire process.

Our team also found their rates competitive, falling within the city’s average cost. They even accept offers like a 12-month interest-free option via Q-Card. Other payment options include Afterpay and Zip.

One area of improvement, though, is communication. A few patients reported that they are sometimes unclear when explaining treatment options and their outcomes. We recommend being proactive in asking questions to try and bridge this gap.

Our team was particularly impressed with their detailed process. It includes a free initial consultation, clinical assessments, and a treatment plan. This assures us that every approach is personalised to the client.

In terms of overall experience, we’re pleased to note that patients find their clinic relaxing and warm. We can attribute this to the fact that patients can listen to music and even watch a movie during procedures.

Plus, unlike other clinics, Smilesville offers evening appointments and emergency treatments within 25 hours. It’s a win for accessibility.

As with any clinic, we did find reports where patients find the procedure results underwhelming, with a few coming back for multiple rework. We advise clarifying expectations during the consultation to ensure realistic outcomes.

At Duxton Dental, we were impressed with their detailed new patient examination. New patients undergo jaw scans, oral cancer screenings, diagnostic lasers, and more.

Considering how comprehensive their process is, we feel assured that clients get accurate diagnoses and personalised treatments. 

Their cosmetic offerings aren’t as broad as other clinics. But they have the basics, such as full smile transformation, crowns, and bridges. There are even single-visit options like composite veneers for same-day transactions.

In terms of specialisation, the clinic is best known for their teeth whitening services. In fact, previous clients revealed to us that they noticed results immediately, with lasting results.

While the clinic accommodates same-day appointments, you may have trouble getting a spot occasionally. They’re very responsive, though, so they can assist you in case your issue is urgent.

Smile Concepts sets themselves apart with their top-notch tools. For their dental services, they have everything from intraoral cameras to Finnish-made Planmeca ProOne OPG.

For average people like us, those simply mean that they can carry out accurate diagnosis and analysis, which is always a reassuring factor for patients.

They have all the basic services you can expect from a cosmetic dentist, including crowns, veneers, and bridges. What’s nice is that they’re competitively priced, and even offer take-home options for teeth whitening solutions for busy clients.

As for comfort, there’s not much room for complaint. This is because they use A-dec 500 dental chairs, which provide optional patient support and positioning. This is ideal for longer procedures.

However, a few patients raised concerns with us about unexpected charges. There were follow-ups that they thought were free but weren’t and procedures billed higher than what was quoted. We recommend firmly requesting a cost breakdown to avoid this.
