We love how simple DHL Express Service Point makes sending a parcel. There’s no need for an account, printer, or even to weigh your package. This approach is really beneficial for busy people like us.

The staff there are friendly and get things done fast, plus they offer free packaging, which is really handy for those last-minute sends. 

We also appreciate being able to drop off or pick up packages at flexible hours. Even the On Demand Delivery option offers great flexibility, allowing us to schedule our delivery around our own schedule. 

We loved the real-time tracking you can access online or through their app, which kept us updated on where our parcel was. And based on our experience and most of those customers we talked to, parcels usually arrive when promised.

What we absolutely love about them is their 24/7 online tracking system. It gives many peace of mind to check on their packages anytime they want—especially when sending anything valuable. We’ve found this invaluable when shipping our test packages! 

Their Saturday morning hours are also a total lifesaver. With our hectic schedule, this flexibility in hours made it easier for us to drop off our packages. 

In our experience, the staff are exceptional. When we walked in, they greeted us with genuine smiles and walked us through different shipping options like same-day delivery, oversized packages, and more. 

We do have to admit though that their prices are a bit steep, particularly for urgent deliveries or when sending packages to rural areas.
