Lash Out Eyelash Extensions is run by Gemma, who has been doing lashes for over 7 years. We think her years of experience really make a difference in the results, and many of the clients that we talked to felt the same.

We appreciate how Gemma takes the time to show each client the different silk lash lengths and thicknesses she has available. We like her meticulous application of all lashes, whether it be the full classic or even a basic infill. 

Customers who opted for the Russian Volume Lashes specifically raved about Gemma’s skills in creating those fluffy, handmade fans. We like how they are very lightweight and not so damaging to your eyelids.

While it’s a small thing, we also appreciate that she clearly states the $20 deposit policy and the cash-only payment. She sets clear expectations upfront, which we think is professional. 

But we must warn you that the deposit isn’t refundable if you cancel within 24 hours.

We love how the lash techs in Krystina Beauty Studio listen carefully to their clients to give them exactly what they’re looking for, whether it be a classic, fuller lash look or something voluminous.

We’re also fans of their use of the “D” curl—a dramatic curled lash extension—to enhance your natural lashes without going too overboard. 

When we talked to customers, many appreciated the glam options Krystina offers. Those who opted for the Luxe Volume (5D) raved about how their lashes had the fullness they wanted without looking fake. 

Another thing we like is that the team doesn’t push a particular style on everyone and offers customisation. Several people asked for shorter lengths and a natural feel and told us these lash techs delivered every time. 

But we did hear from some people that their experience wasn’t always the same. 

Some said their first set of Light Volume (3D) lashes lasted for 3 weeks, but their second fill didn’t hold up as long—only a week—which could be due to the application not being as meticulous the second time.

3. Bindu’s Brow+Beauty Hamilton

Bindu’s Brow+Beauty stood out to us for the sheer variety of lash extension types they offer. We love how their classic lashes look super natural and add just the right amount of subtle definition. 

Others love their dramatic “Russian Volume Set.” They glue multiple super-fine lashes to each natural lash to create that full and fluffy look many know and love. 

With the options they have available, we think that they cater to different preferences, from very subtle volume to very bold.

Several who got the “YY Lashes”—yes, they look like a “Y”—loved that it gave their lashes a bit more fullness and a slightly textured look but not as dense as volume lashes. 

But in all the before and after results we’ve seen, we love how their voluminous and wispy “W Lashes” give you that elegant glamour lash pop.

The only thing we weren’t big fans of was their cluster lashes. Several people complained about these lashes causing their eyes to strain a bit from the heaviness of the lashes.

We love that Yvana of Self Made Studio makes lash extensions fun for her clients by using fantastic, sparkling jewels. 

We like that her lash jewels offer you something different but not permanent. Several loved the compliments they received, even with just basic tiny studs.

For those who appreciate a fuller lash look, Yvana offers volume eyelash extensions ranging from 2D all the way up to a very dramatic 10D! We particularly love her 4D volume set as it gives you the perfect amount of fullness without feeling too heavy. 

But if you love the super glam, bold look, people told us the 8D volume was still manageable in terms of heaviness—we honestly liked how fluffy they looked.

We also like that Yvana is willing to go the extra mile to create a truly personalised look for clients. Many appreciated how she created a custom set using a longer length or a specific curl that really lifted their eyes. 

That said, while the customisation is a great perk, it comes with a higher price tag, which might not be in everyone’s budget.

Kayla of Kayla Aitken Beauty prioritises the health of your natural lashes with her awesome clear aftercare instructions. 

We appreciate that she breaks it down for you in simple instructions, like avoiding rubbing your eyes and avoiding wearing makeup for the first 24 hours. 

We also like that she emphasises booking an infill appointment as soon as your lashes start looking clumpy. 

What also stood out was the customisation she offers with the classic lashes and her lovely hybrid lash sets. She mixes in just the right amount of 4D volume lashes with your natural lashes for a full, lightweight look. 

For those who want a bit more flair but aren’t ready for full-on volume, Kayla also offers a middle-ground option. 

That said, if you’re after very dramatic lashes, you’ll have to look elsewhere because Kayla keeps them simple and natural-looking.
