Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Auckland

Celiac Havens: The 10 Best Gluten-Free Restaurants for You

Did you know that more than 1 in 100 people worldwide have celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten? That’s right: millions navigate a world where fluffy bread and decadent pasta are off-limits.

Thankfully, Auckland is brimming with restaurants that cater to gluten-free needs, and not just tolerating them. I recently went around town with my best friend – who has celiac disease – trying all Auckland has to offer when it comes to gluten-free dining and I have to say… we were pleasantly surprised by the options we found.

Anyway, I’ve put together a list of the very best spots in town where gluten-free doesn’t mean flavor-free.
