We decided to give James IT Solutions a call for a little undercover consultation. Getting an appointment took a bit longer than we expected—probably because they’re in high demand. However, once we finally connected, everything went smoothly.

When we met with them, they really took the time to listen to our concerns and quickly came up with a solution just for us. Their team was super knowledgeable and broke everything down into plain English, so we could easily get what was going on.

We even had the chance to chat with some of their former clients. It was impressive to hear how they tackled a range of different problems. One client had a major data recovery situation, and they handled that like pros.

Vertech IT Services really stands out with their strong focus on cyber security. They’ve made a big leap into becoming a Managed Security Services Provider, which is super important these days with all the cyber threats out there. 

One of their former clients we talked to raved about their awesome solutions, like endpoint protection and email filtering, which really helped keep their data secure.

We got to chat with them as well. We were impressed with how they offer regular training for employees to help everyone stay sharp on cybersecurity best practices. 

While they’re known for their cyber security prowess, they provide a full suite of IT services and desktop support too. Plus, they’ve developed expertise across various industries like finance, engineering, and manufacturing.

When we swung by for a visit, they told us all about their focus on cloud and managed services. They’re all about cloud computing and disaster recovery which is essential for businesses that want to streamline their operations and save a bit of cash.

They’ve also scored some pretty impressive certifications, like being a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner. This gives them access to exclusive Microsoft resources and support, so they can offer top-notch solutions and stay ahead with the latest tech.

Plus, their status as a preferred partner for various tech solutions adds even more to their credibility.

However, we also heard from one of their clients that it took four days for them to get a response to her calls. To make things worse, every time she put in a request, it seemed like they just passed her off to another of their technicians.
