Spoiler alert: he’s better at fixing cars than curling lashes. The lashes ended up pointed in every direction except the right one.
Her beauty blunder is what inspired me to recruit the rest of the Top Reviews team to hunt down Hamilton’s top lash lift salons. Here’s who we found.
How much does it cost to get lashes lifted in Hamilton?
1. Kayla Aitken Beauty
Kayla Aitken Beauty’s lash maximising treatment is $119, and it includes a lift and tint to enhance your lashes. We love that the lift and curl gives your eyes a bright, wide eyed effect that lasts up to eight weeks.
The treatment itself is kind to your lashes, as they use a formulated solution that’s designed to give the best care to the skin around your eyelids.
The tint makes your lashes even more glamorous, looking fuller—people consistently praise it for delivering the coveted “no mascara, mascara look”.
We also like that the entire process is non-invasive, with minimal risk of irritation or discomfort. People told us they had no stinging or dryness afterwards either.
We also really appreciate the calming vibe in the studio, allowing clients to relax during their appointments. The staff makes the room comfortable by playing soft music and even bringing a blanket if clients ask for it.
But one thing we weren’t too crazy about was the limited slots the studio offers. Since Kayla is the main lash tech, it’s tricky to snag a spot on her calendar.

ILash Studio’s Lash Lift is $80, or you can opt for the Lash Lift & Tint Combo for $95—both options include a nourishing lash treatment as part of the service. We really appreciate the affordable pricing, especially given the quality of the results.
The extra moisturizing treatment gives your lashes a noticeable boost and leaves your lashes feeling healthy, soft, and conditioned.
That aside, ILash Studio operates strictly by appointment only. This means you get personalized, unrushed attention every time.
We also appreciate that the atmosphere tends to be calm and private—perfect if you don’t like a busy, crowded salon. But their 50% non-refundable deposit for all bookings is a bit of a hassle.
While we understand this policy keeps things running smoothly, some found it inconvenient—especially if their plans changed unexpectedly. So, since walk-ins aren’t accepted, you’ll need to plan ahead and book your appointment in advance.

One thing we really love about The Little Loft is their subscription offer: sign up and you’ll get 15% off your first treatment. It’s such a great way to try out their lash lift services at a lower price and see for yourself why so many people love them.
Their Lush Lash Lift & Tint is $105. From what we’ve seen, you’ll leave with beautifully defined, curled, and darkened lashes that really pop—no mascara required.
Customers often mention how relaxing the salon is, with many saying the whole experience feels like a mini break from reality. We also enjoyed the music playing in the background, which adds to the calm, laid-back atmosphere.
The team also gets high marks for being genuinely friendly. Many clients mentioned how down-to-earth the lash techs are, and we appreciated that they answer any questions you have too.
The only downside is that treatments are by appointment only, and The Little Loft isn’t open every Saturday. This can make it a bit tricky if you have a busy schedule and need more flexibility to book your appointments.

One thing we love about The Darling Room is that you can choose between two types of lash lifts with tint: the Elleebana Lash Lift for $98 and the Yumi Lash Lift for $135.
Both treatments give you that added eye-opening curl. The main difference between the two is that the Elleebana Lash Lift gives you a natural-looking lift, while the Yumi Lash Lift creates a more dramatic, longer-lasting lift.
While the higher price of the Yumi Lash Lift may not fit everyone’s budget, people love the results. It’s definitely a treat-yourself experience rather than something to do every month.
We also appreciate that you can add a brow tint and shape for an additional $35, making it easy to get a full eye-enhancing makeover in one visit.

Signature Studio is a solid choice if you want a quick, budget-friendly lash boost. Their Eye Lash Perm is just $59 and only takes about 25 minutes—perfect for fitting into a lunch break or a busy day.
We love how this treatment gently curls your natural lashes upward, making them look longer and more eye-catching. It’s similar to a lash lift in effect, but there are a few key differences in technique and outcome.
The lash perm at Signature Studio uses small rods to create a rounded curl, which can sometimes be a bit tighter and less natural-looking. In contrast, lash lifts use silicone shields to give lashes that coveted, upward sweep.
If you’re after the dramatic, lifted effect you see all over Instagram, the Eye Lash Perm might not quite get you there.
We found it’s more of a subtle enhancement; it’s not as dramatic or long-lasting as some of the newer lash lift options. But for the price and convenience, it’s a solid choice.
