One of our researchers recently went undercover at Beautiphi to check out their lip injection scene. As soon as she stepped in, she was welcomed by a team of super-skilled nurses and appearance specialists who were all about making her feel at ease.
Before diving into the treatment, they really took their time and had a thorough consultation. They helped her nail down her goals and crafted a personalized plan just for her.
She also loved how they offered some numbing options to make her feel more relaxed.
The tech they use is pretty impressive too! They’ve got these high-tech machines that not only make your lip fillers look fabulous but also work wonders on your skin texture. It’s refreshing to see a place that focuses on overall skin health and not just plumping up lips.
Although she had a great experience here, we picked up some stories from other clients experiencing filler migration. It’s where the filler can drift from its intended spot, leading to uneven results.

One of the best things was how quick the whole process was. It took about 30 minutes. Even though I was a little nervous about the pain, they used a numbing cream, so I barely felt anything.
After my treatment, I did notice some issues with the post-care advice. I was expecting a bit more guidance on how to deal with any side effects or what to do if something felt off, but the aftercare instructions felt kind of basic. Some of the clients also had the same sentiment.

When one of our researchers went on an undercover consultation at A Plus Cosmetic Clinic, we figured they focus on achieving those natural-looking results.
Annie Wang, the lead at the clinic, is seriously impressive. You can tell she has tons of experience. The whole team is also super skilled in different injection techniques, which means they really nail the precision.
They use high-quality fillers like Juvederm and Restylane, which is a big plus. From what we heard from clients, the results look super natural and can last for months. Some even had theirs for a year, so it really depends on how your body processes it.
They also offer a range of options based on the fillers you choose. There are also deals if you want to get a couple of things done in one go.
That said, our researcher did notice that the whole consultation session with the doctor and staff felt a bit transactional. She could see how some people might find the consultations not as warm as they’d hoped.

We also checked out Palm Clinic because they’ve been around for over 25 years, and we can tell they really know their stuff. Their team consists of accredited doctors and nurses who specialize in dermal fillers.
What really stood out to us was their commitment to natural results. During the undercover consultation, the staff chatted with one of our researchers about their approach to subtle enhancements that will complement her features.
They use Juvederm fillers, which can last up to two years. That’s a big deal compared to other options that don’t hold up as long.
And the best part? These fillers have lignocaine in them. It basically numbs the area and makes the treatment much more comfortable.
Some clients we interviewed barely felt a thing during the treatment. And after that, the team was super attentive and ready to address any of their concerns.
The clients totally loved how they even laid out options if they weren’t completely happy with the results, like adding more filler or even dissolving it if needed.

Plus, knowing they have medical support ready for any complications gave us a ton of peace of mind.
We also loved their approach to enhancement. They’re not about pushing for dramatic changes right away; instead, they suggest a gradual buildup over a few sessions. It felt way more natural, and honestly, we think that leads to better results in the long run.
That said, a few clients we chatted with felt like they didn’t get enough aftercare instructions.
There’s also definitely some room for improvement when it comes to price transparency. Some clients were charged for a nine-minute chat about Botox.
