We chatted with a few of their specialists and quickly realized these are some top-tier experts. They’ve got specialists in areas like neuro-ophthalmology and glaucoma, so you know you’re in great hands with people who really know their stuff.
What stood out was how thorough they were during consultations. They really take the time to explain the entire process, walking you through every step, from the first consultation to follow-up care.

What really caught our attention is how they’re known for using the latest tech. It’s pretty cool. They’ve got advanced equipment like the LipiFlow machine to treat dry eyes and the SMILE Pro laser for vision correction.
Oh, and a fun fact—they were actually the first in the world to use the TECNIS Symfony EDOF IOL, a game-changer for cataract surgeries. It’s probably one of the reasons why their services aren’t exactly cheap, but you’re paying for cutting-edge care.

During our undercover visit to City Eye Specialists, we were really impressed with how they customize treatments for each patient. It feels personal, and you can tell the team genuinely cares.
They’ve got a solid group of experienced ophthalmologists with specialized training, so they can handle just about any eye issue that comes their way.
One of the former patients we talked to really appreciated that the team took the time to explain everything in detail, including the procedure needed.
They offer a wide range of services right there in-house, from minor surgeries to some laser procedures. This means you won’t have to bounce around to different places for your eye care.
Another patient we talked to also really appreciated that the clinic is an affiliated provider of Southern Cross health insurance. This made the claims process a breeze for her.
