Brandon Adams is one of New Zealand’s most respected cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeons. He works privately in multiple hospitals (Da Vinci Clinic, Grace Hospital in Tauranga, and Central Health in Rotorua) so the availability is pretty convenient.

One of the many cosmetic surgeries he offers is rhinoplasty, which we found is what he was renowned for. Well, the 12 years of experience in complex aesthetic surgery is what we think helped him gain this kind of reputation. 

As we said, he only operates in private hospitals, giving his patients the relief of safe operations and the necessary post-operative care. Every procedure he performs is accompanied by trained nursing staff, so we’re confident that you’ll be in safe hands.

Unfortunately, it’s difficult to ascertain the types of rhinoplasty procedures they offer, though reviews indicate that it’s primarily cosmetic. But we’ve also heard they’re a hidden gem when it comes to personalized surgery, which is a plus for us.

On the plus side, they’re very open about their pricing structure. Their rhinoplasty ranges in price from $14,000 to $23,000. This, in our opinion, is an acceptable rate because it’s nearly the same as the national average.

Their wide range of rhinoplasty services: open and closed, revision, functional,cosmetic, etc., truly won us over. If you ask us, this alone is their competitive advantage, given that not every rhinoplasty clinic offers the full range of services.

When we glanced over their list of services, we were drawn to their ethnic rhinoplasty, which is quite a popular choice among clients. To give you an idea, it seeks to preserve ethnic features and incorporate them into the design of the new nose.

Now, talking about their rhinoplasty techniques, we appreciate that they have a filler rhinoplasty option for those who only have a minor defect in their nose. This is extremely convenient because it eliminates the need for surgery and recovery time.

His clinic has a five-star rating on Google Reviews, with most of them praising his friendly and comfortable demeanor, easily putting his patients at ease. Not to mention the welcoming atmosphere of his Hamilton clinic –  one that received positive feedback from us.

Looking at his portfolio, we can see that while he offers both cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, he is most trusted in correcting functional nose issues. In fact, he has seen more than half of his patients for nasal inflammation.

However, a large number of patients came to him for cosmetic reasons as well. This gives us the impression that he can certainly be relied on for both procedures, regardless of which one he had performed more frequently during his career.

The clinic provides all types of rhinoplasty procedures, whether for cosmetic or functional reasons. Needless to say, Bartlett prefers to perform open rhinoplasty in order to have greater control over the outcome.

What we like best about them is that they include a “patient guide” on their website, which, of course, allows interested clients to easily access their service. This guide is extremely informative because it covers every aspect of the procedure.

In that regard, the consultation stage with them surprised us. To be honest, we believe that their use of computer morphing during consultations is what made patients fall in love with them in the first place.

If you just want the tip of your nose to be fixed, Rhinoplasty Auckland can also be your choice. Of course, this is less expensive and more straightforward than a full rhinoplasty, but we believe it’s always best to have full consultation on the subject.

It’s also best to mention that they accept revision surgery from overseas surgeons –  it’s just that the cost will be different than usual. However, you can have revision surgery paid for as long as you’re eligible to apply for cover as a treatment injury under ACC.

This clinic’s consultation process has received high praise from previous customers. We’ve gathered that it’s because they already delivered an appropriate operational plan for the entire process during the first meeting.

The majority of their clients also prefer an overnight stay at the clinic, confirming that they have relaxing recovery rooms ready for use. Patients are also given complimentary cold ice packs, rounding out the package of satisfying post-operative care.

On top of it all, their rhinoplasty is reasonably priced, which is surprisingly lower than the national average. The surgery cost is approximately $14,000, including hospital costs, anesthetic costs, and the surgeon’s fee.
