Rotorua Central is a shopper’s paradise. It buzzes with energy and overflows with options, from big-name brands to unique local finds.
When you get the munchies, you can grab a bite to eat at one of the many cafes, restaurants, or even the food courts. Oh, and best of all, the parking is free.
Where is Rotorua Central?
Rotorua Central is located at 1170 Amohau Street. It’s at the southern end of the city and is accessible with entrances off Fenton, Victoria, and Amohau Streets.
How to Get to Rotorua Mall
Closest bus stop: Hop on a CityRide bus operated by Bay Bus and get dropped off right at Rotorua Central Mall—South. You can easily find the routes and timetables on the Bay Bus website.
If I were you, I’d download the Transit App so you can keep track of the bus’s real-time tracking and arrival time.
By the way, this bus stop is directly across the street from Rotorua Central Mall, so it’s very convenient! Make sure you have cash on hand, or snag a day-saver pass from the visitor centre before you board.
Via taxi: If you’re craving a more direct and comfy ride, taxis are readily available. Hail one on the street or call Rotorua Taxis for a quick pickup.
